Hello, my lovely bandies.
I know that today is a tiring day for all.
Some of us are physically tired due to drills,
While some of us are mentally inspired &
wanted to do better for the band.
Afterall, I want to say,
"Well Done, people!"
I heard from seniors that today during drills,
W/o me being there to ask you lock your elbows.
You people did it by yourself!
SEE!
I know my band is GREAT!
You people can do almost everything after being told just a few time.
You people can remember every small detailed even I'm not there to remind.
You people are awesome!
I hope that what sir said today, you people will remember &
apply it everytime when you fall in.
For eg, Look up, Say timing together.
I know you people today in Sedia position for 5 mins under th cold sun,
& You guys pull it through! That's like (Y)! Wahseh! HAHA.
People, I would like to tell you more about myself.
As you get to know more about me,
I hope you people will clear some misconception about me.
Some of you were once under my lead before, some of you are totally new.
Okay, let me tell you bout myself,
I'm very serious when it come to work, HOWEVER,
I can be very very crappy when is time to relax.
My style is that, I'll do things to its best or I'll not do it @ all.
Therefore, when I don't get things done, I'll get angry.
But, my temper is getting better, don't worries.
& This is very important,
Regardless of who you saw that I'm with during my free time, It doesn't affect my character.
I treat everyone of you like my smaller brothers, sisters, children. (Anyone older than me?)
Therefore, I'm super approachable! Don't be scare, I won't bite.
